Work It: 9 to 5 Style

I work in an environment where many employees do not have to wear a uniform. Their work attire is way too bland, no offense. I think that you can stick to neutrals and still make it fashionable or if you're more of a risk taker color always works. I'm tired of seeing the same grey or black suits. I've put together outfits that I think will work for the office but with a twist.

Buffalo River Camping Trip

Only one month away for my first camping trip. My boyfriend and I will be heading to Arkansas down to Buffalo River and I have to admit I'm very excited, but scared as well. First of all is my first ever camping experience in the middle of nowhere in the wilderness, mousse, raccoons, coyotes and I can go on and on. Even though all I can think of is "Am I going to make it out alive" lol, but a small part of me is excited to experience camping out in nature, canoeing, fishing and hiking. I'm still coming up with what I will be needing and the things we will be bringing but it is coming along. The scenery from what I've seen looks absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait! Eeek

DIY: Cap Toe Pumps

So for a while I've been admiring the Chanel classic cap toe pumpss. As much as I love them the truth is that I can't afford them even on eBay money...haha I decided after much inspiration on the internet I figured how hard can it be to do it myself. I bought some very inexpensive heels from Forever 21 around $22. So let's start this DIY.

1. Take your items needed. In this case all you really need is a pair of heels, tape, and black nail polish

2. Apply tape over the front of the heel and cover as much as you would like to achieve the cap toe trend

3. Paint the front heel with one coat and wait a couple of minutes before moving on to the second coat. You can add a clear top coat if you would like but mine seemed to achieve that high gloss effect by itself

4. Wait about 15 minutes or so before removing the tape and VOILA your very own Chanel inspired cap toe pumps

Yogi Organic Tea

I've been highly obsessed with Whole Foods Market lately. I usually only go to pick up a few things like my favorite coconut water from Zico but I'm also highly addicted to tea as well. I love peppermint flavor tea of course but one day on my run to the grocery store at Whole Foods Market I came across Yogi Organic Tea. Not only is it delicious, good for you, organic but they also have so many flavors and for particular purposes. I'm currently loving the Skin Detox, Bedtime and Joint Comfort.

Skin Detox- I have noticed a difference on my skin since drinking this tea

Bedtime- I don't take this every night but when I'm particularly have a hard time sleeping if is not my Ambien I decide to take it usualyy is this tea

Joint Comfort- I love this one especially for those days when you work out way too much and are sore the next day this helps out a lot
