I know a lot of you already know how to paint nails properly but this is for the girls that need to know where to begin. Have you noticed that sometimes your laquer chips off quickly or you see bubbles. Many put on too many coats or maybe the laquer has lost it's life. Hope this helps many and keep the word spreading.
